We are Dimond members, we were told no upgrades available, we were put next to the elevator (which woke us up all night) asked for a late checkout, and got a whole 30 minutes. We are brand loyal, but will not come back to the hotel.

My room smelled. Over the past 3 months, I've stayed at a Hampton Inn, and the rooms appear nasty, and they all smell. I'm going back to Marriott because I can't stay in another disappointing room. The service was great. The staff is the only reason I stayed. I travel 3 weeks a month for work, so I can't do this another day. My last name has changed because I got married just in case you want to say you don't have a record of me staying. The rooms are clean, but they have an odor. I know they're clean because I bring a cleaning kit and clean the room, and the dirt was minimal.

When we arrived at Hampton Inn & Suites we were really in a bind with two babies after our Airbnb did not work out. Thankfully Bethany was there greeting us with the biggest smile and the very best hospitality! She listened to our story and apologized profusely even though she had nothing to do with our Airbnb nightmare. However, she went over and beyond to help us get settled and continuously took great care of us our entire stay. She was such a blessing to myself and our family. The entire staff was delightful. after we left we were sad to leave such an inviting home away from home. This hotel is very nice but it’s not the hotel it’s the great staff and Bethany’s drive and dedication to her guest that make this place so very special. You won’t find love and care anywhere else like you do here!

I WOULD NOT recommend staying at this Hampton Inn & Suites - Minooka IL! I recently stayed here for 6 nights, and between the overcharging at checkout & the remnants left on toilet seat from a previous guest, NO WAY would I ever stay here again! I had no choice for those 6 nights, but once I could leave…I did. Properties’ GM was condescending and could use a class on dealing with customers!

The location was great. The staff has above standard service for a Hilton. The assistant general manager, jazmin, is top notch. She is above and beyond with customer service and care. When I travel back, I’ll be booking here.

The staff is great. We had a baby shower and they helped with anything we needed. They room was clean and ready for us to set up beforehand. Thank you to the staff.
